According to Deadline, Ghost House Pictures has tapped Francis Galluppi (known for “The Last Stop in Yuma County”) to helm yet another spine-chilling Evil Dead adventure. Described as an original story conceived by Galluppi himself, details are scarce on plot and production, but excitement is already brewing among horror aficionados.

This move signals a new direction for the Evil Dead universe, with Sam Raimi personally selecting emerging talents to breathe fresh life into the gory saga. This approach has seen success with Fede Alvarez’s 2013 reimagining and Lee Cronin’s recent entry, “Evil Dead Rise.”
