Legendary Drops Sneak Peeks from Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, Hinting at Big G’s Unsettled Encounter with the King of Skull Island.
Less than 10 days remain until the premiere of the highly anticipated MonsterVerse film, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Legendary Pictures has unveiled the initial clips and a TV spot, showcasing thrilling glimpses of the iconic Kaiju in action.
In the first clip, Kong encounters a younger ape known as “Mini-Kong” (also named Suko), setting the stage for an intriguing encounter. The second clip features a brief but intense clash between the two colossal Titans, as Godzilla locks eyes with the King of Skull Island and charges into battle.
Adding to the excitement is a peculiar promo, depicting Kong undergoing a dental procedure to replace a tooth with a silver fang. Whether this scene is a part of the movie or simply an international advertisement remains uncertain.

Rebecca Hall (Dr. Ilene Andrews), Brian Tyree Henry (Bernie Hayes) and Kaylee Hottle (Jia) will reprise their roles from the previous movie, but Millie Bobby Brown and Alexander Skarsgård will not be back, with Legion alum Dan Stevens taking over as the main protagonist. Fala Chen, Alex Ferns and Rachel House also joined the cast.
Director Adam Wingard will collaborate once more with production designer Tom Hammock, editor Josh Schaeffer, and composer Tom Holkenborg. Terry Rossio is back on script duties, along with Jeremy Slater and Wingard’s frequent collaborator Simon Barrett.
